This week has been amazing, absolutely brilliant, I love helping people. It warms my heart so much knowing that my voice could help a frustrated caller feel a little better maybe even leave the call with a smile.

I love the fact that my voice was compared to a hug, my hope is that I never loose the ability to give each caller a virtual hug.
I am so glad that Turnkey receptionists does not put a time limit on calls with the “time is money outlook”, because if you have spoken to me at any point, you would know that would not work with me. I love taking the time to ask my callers “what is wrong” or “I hope you feel better soon” when my caller says they are ill. I will listen to my elderly caller complain for ages, knowing full well that I cannot do anything about their complaints, but just letting them get it out helps them.
