We are a prepaid service. This means your account must always be in credit, and have an active card provided for top ups. The reason for this is to reduce our admin and bad debts so those costs are not passed on to our clients.
Yes. Our accuracy is over 99%, however no one is perfect, so we will compensate you $10 credit for any incorrect phone number taken by our staff.
No. We will happily make calls to people who have opted in to a list, and build rapport, offer support, qualify them and book them in for appointments, however we will not work from a purchased list.
