The future is already here, and we are always progressively advancing with a more online presence for business as the years go on. We use the cloud to store and access business data and information daily.
TKR is reliant on web-based services for both admin and receptionist work.
How does it work?
If you have a patient, call a Clinic looking for appointment information, the team will access stored data on Cliniko. We access all appointment history and invoice information through cloud-based data hosted by Cliniko. Cliniko is accessed through the cloud, allowing us to operate remotely with callers while providing a receptionist service. Without this cloud-based application/service, we would be unable to operate as efficiently as we do.
Location?
It eliminates the need for a joined business location while still letting all employees operate as if they were all together in one place. The business can expand and access an ever-growing pool of cloud-based services. The future may already be present for the Cloud-base, but it is always improving and expanding its effectiveness in the workplace, leading more companies in the coming days to look upon adopting and using the cloud.

More businesses move away from storing their information and business data on their local servers or hard drives. In this move, they will most likely adopt the trend of ‘going cloud’. Which is moving all your information through web internet-based services that form a part of the cloud. Let it be storing information or moving to online systems to run the business more effectively. Going cloud lets you still maintain the use of the same hardware but reduces the requirement for storing the business data and removes the limitations on a business.
